SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL
It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with Manser Family Wines you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Remember, it is an offence to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift. If in doubt our couriers may request some form of ID with proof of age at the time of delivery.

This wine is provided by Vin Cav P/L trading as Manser Family Wines, Liquor Licence number 51406746.
SHIPPING
We will use Couriers Please and so far, we’re terribly impressed with them… why?… In most cases your wine will be delivered within 5 business days but allow up to 10 working days. A signature will be required for delivery. If no one is at home a calling card will be left for you UNLESS you tell them where to leave it, eg, front door, in car port, next to bins.
If you still haven’t got your wine after 10 working days we will endeavour to resolve the issue in a timely manner – call 0400251168 and Phil will do the leg work.
PRIVACY
We will not provide your details to a third party – that’s it – end of discussion. We don’t like it being done to us so why would we do it to you?
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All pictures, words, designs and other funny stuff on our website, Facebook Page or other social media belongs to us. If for whatever reason you want to use it, send us an email or phone the number above and let’s discuss it. Doing it without our permission will bring the full force of the law down on you or a frightful spanking… whichever provides the greatest deterrent.
