I love the name, it could be the bad guy in a poorly shot western movie but instead it’s yet another recipe from yours truly that the Heart Foundation has tried to censor.

McLaren Vale (or ‘Southern Barossa’ as cheekily coined by the mob up North) has enjoyed a meteoric rise in popularity over the past decade. Both the wine and the explosion of food culture as well makes it a must see when next in SA.

After 30 + years in the wine industry, I’ve just about heard it all so having finished a recent promotional trip late last year I thought I’d mention some of my favourites.
