2024 One Mad Moment Rosé

Langhorne Creek Cabernet and McLaren Vale Grenache were fermented separately and allowed a very short time on skins before being combined to produce a Provence style rosé with an emphasis on fruit character without residual sweetness.

This wine exhibits beautiful red fruits of raspberry and watermelon over a medium bodied palate with a juicy mouthfeel and a cleansing dry finish.
