The ‘ol boy has done it again. Despite a difficult start to the season, Dad made some very astute calls in the vineyard during spring which meant we were able to take advantage of perfect conditions during the summer and autumn. This meant our fruit arrived at our winemaker’s with full flavour development and balance of acid and tannins. This wine will see improvement up to and beyond 10 years in the cellar.

Grapes were crushed and de-stemmed, fermented on skins for 9 days and pumped over twice a day for maximum extraction of colour and flavour. Eighteen months in 8 year old American Oak allowed for a pure expression of the fruit and its provenance.

Unfortunately the first delivery was damaged by the courier but it was immediately replaced with a bonus bottle and a phone call. Fantastic wine and fantastic customer care, a great wine with great service.

Dad's favourite (for obvious reasons). We're enjoying this wine more with every bottle - just wish it was easier to obtain

Wine was delivered promptly and I was kept informed of each stage of delivery. Dad's Block is a favorite of mine and 2021 vintage is another fine year.

I discovered this wine when dining at the Dalrmple Hotel. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered a 6 pack direct with you. That order arrived the following Friday. Subsequent to that I received an email from you with a special price for a 6 pack for $150 so I immediately ordered another. My second order was personally delivered by Phil Manser due to the reduction in price from the previous week. He included 2 bottles of their prized wine. What a surprise and very much appreciated the personal touch. Thank you :)
