Named after the man who knows every row of our vineyard better than anyone, Dad's Cut is our signature Adelaide Hills Shiraz. Layers of blackberry, blueberry and dark plum unfold alongside spice, violet and a touch of eucalyptus, creating a wine of remarkable depth and unmistakable elegance. This wine will see improvement up to and beyond 10 years in the cellar.
