We produce wines from carefully nurtured low-yield fruit selected for their expression of something distinct about their varieties. Uncluttered winemaking allows this uniqueness to shine through while remaining faithful to the fruit’s provenance.

Stretching out over 16 acres, the Manser Estate vineyard rolls down the hill into a shallow valley creating a unique environment for our vines to grow. This combination of microclimates and five different shiraz clones planted randomly throughout the vineyard produce diversity in our fruit parcels that enables us to produce wines of unmatched complexity and interest.
